i was just looking yesterday and there were still over 100 pets due to the cleared pets dumped in there, but i checked just now and there's only 10?? did people really adopt almost all of the pets in there? i can't imagine over 100 weirdly-named pets being adopted in less than 24 hours.

I usually adopt one, zap into a great colour, and repound. With the extra pet slot, I can now adopt 2 at the same time to zap. Maybe others are having the same idea with the extra slot? :)

Yup this always happens after free pet slots are given out. Plus the options of getting new slots through the MC and CS. More slots = less pets in the pound

i mean, i know we got more pet slots but it still seems odd that so many would be adopted - as far as i can tell, most people aren't super interested in IDs/birthdays and most of the pets left had pretty high IDs anyway. just seems like a huge sudden very surprising decrease all things considered.

I was thinking the same thing. i was wondering if maybe staff went in and cleared out a bunch of them since they were sitting in there for too long or something.
