I just noticed that my shop Catisfield is appearing twice on my profile page?! When I click on one it takes me to my shop when I click on the other it takes me to the "My Shops" page, really strange! I have updated the shops section I even deleted it and reinstated it only to have the duplicate shop appear again, and yes before you ask I did delete the old shop once I'd transferred everything over to the new system.
Does anyone have any idea how to remove this double up or should I file a ticket?

One of those is your old shop. It is not exclusive to you - everybody's old shops still appear on their profiles. Mine has two 'fart koala' shops because the old has not yet been removed. Nothing wrong per se, just waiting on staff to finish phasing them out! :)

Ah thank you for the explanation I thought it was a glitch just wasn't sure if it was mine or not lol. Hmm two 'fart koalas' that would be a section to steer clear of lol, have to guess you are an Aussie from that ;)

if you've deleted the old shop, though, it should be gone. it is on my profile, at least. btw so far it sounds like staff does NOT intend "finish phasing them out" and will let us keep our old shops indefinitely if we so choose, you just can't put new items in or change the prices.

I did make several attempts initially to delete mine, in fact, and it yet remains. At the time I asked about it, I was only told it was a "work in progress" - as in, they weren't done with the process yet. But if that's changed I hope they've made it so the deletion will go through...
