What can this one possibly do to justify spending 19 millions on it?!

It's r95 which means it probably doesn't stock very frequently.

It's also needed for an achievement:

Made of Stardust Feed one pet all of the sugar coated star foods.

So that makes it more valuable as well.

It doesn't do anything special, it's just a food, but it's R95. The shop search probably cleared out for it so someone decided to price it ridiculously high and it just hasn't dropped yet. [edit] Whoops I missed the achievement. Honestly that could have been what caused the shop search to clear out for it. It should still come down eventually, but since it's R95 it could take a long time.

there's an achievement for eating all the Sugar Coated Stars, and Candy Shack does not Vend. Achievement grabbers like myself can get a little irrational about completing all the things.

19M does sound excessive though. Maybe Amber or Ariel can be persuaded to Hustle or Crystal Shop it.

I've found that the food-related achievement items tend to occasionally go sky-high, particularly with candies, as mentioned above. People (like me cough) are often willing to pay more to complete those achievements, particularly since it counts towards two (the food set, and then the gourmand).

It is a restockable....why would they put it in the Crystal Shop or with the Hustler?

I agree with Destiny. Hustler/Crystal shop makes no sense for a currently restockable item.

But they can always Token Shop it. Token Shop has been known to restock restockable items, such as those potions and the nostalgic materials when they were still inflated.

I'd be down for a Token Shop restock. Everyone bought them out from under me when the achievement came out and the price has only gone up since then :c
