I have been reading about creating my avatar all over this site and the internet. Nothing seems to help me get hair on my avatar. I am now on my Mac accessing this site via Safari as they said my FireFox would not work. But nothing is different in Safari either Judy

I am sorry you are experiencing issues with your hair. Are you using the hair salon or a wig?

If you are using hair from the salon, try selecting "back to normal please" before saving your new hairstyle.

Back to normal is not an option. I did not know I could purchase a wig. That might be best for me try. I find this site very confusing no matter how much research I do. I guess I can just plod along. The most frustrating is the items in my vault. I now have hundreds and do not know what most of them are. I do not know which items are clothing as they are not listed by groups

Wigs will show up with your normal clothing.

When you click on the 'Hair' tab, above the hair options you are looking for where it says

When you are adding a hairstyle, make sure you clicking on the 'Salon' button that will take you to another page that gives you a big [B]'SAVE TO AVATAR'[/B] button. You will need to hit that to actually add it to your HA.

If you move the items from your vault to your shop or inventory you can group them by type. In fact, if you move them to your inventory, you can use the quickstock option in your shop to move all the clothing items at once to your wardrobe (Commerce > Your Shops > My Treasures > Quick Stock > Hit the 'All' Button under 'Wardrobe' > Stock Items)

I have been quick stocking my items from inventory to vault. I think you are saying take them back out so I can add the clothing category to my wardrobe. Ok. I see what you are saying about the salon button. I never pressed that. I got to a new page. I picked a hair style. I added it to my avatar. I saved the avatar. But it is still not on my dashboard page. Sigh....

Haha, yeah. There isn't a way to move items from your vault directly to your wardrobe.

I'm seeing hair on your HA in the forums! The dashboard is on a different cache, so it might take awhile to update.

it's showing up now! sometimes it just takes a few minutes to show up. :) once you add clothing to the wardrobe it will show up, again, might take five minutes or so before you see it in there.

Let me say thank you to all of you. I was upset that I could not post twice in a row as I wanted to add the thank you yesterday I have had more luck with my HA. Now when I get a lot of items from quests I look through the clothing BEFORE I move it to the vault. I think it will take some time but I am making progress

I went to the Subeta Lodge. It does not recognize my Subeta log in information. Do I have to set up a separate and different log in?

You do not need an account to use SubetaLodge, but the sign in there is separate. SubetaLodge is an off-site fan run website, that is totally separate from Subeta :)
