Hi Everyone, So I've tried to search this forum but can't find the exact answer. I've been away from Subeta for a couple of months. I went to place items from my inventory into one of my shops. It didn't show any options. I went to the commerce tabs and there are black triangle alerts next to my shop names.

I went into my shop and selected all items to move to my vault. I clicked on process removals and was sent to page that read: "You have been directed here from the wrong place!".

Can someone help show me how to move or update my shops?

Not sure if you are up to date, but the whole user shop system has been revamped, and the shops with a triangle next to it are old shops, in the old system. You need to create a new shop and transfer the items from this old shop to the new one. How to do it:

1. Click on the "All" text located under the remove column to select all items on a page, then choose your new shop in the "Item Destination" drop down and click to process.

2. Your items will be put through a queue to process their move.

3. It make take a little while, but your items will be in your new shop!
