So I've seen this link https://subeta.net/preferences.php in the forums, which shows some statistics. I was curious how rich I actually am on this site; regarding the Richest User achievement. Many unlocked achievements suddenly popped up - I didn't take a screenshot, but they were about site loyalty and such. A bit later, I've looked in my inventory and found 4 Loyalty boxes and a 1 Week Gold Account Medal.

Is this some kind of bug? Do these items need to be deleted? Or do I actually have to visit this page to claim my loyalty reward? I've always thought you had to be online exactly on the day you joined to receive your reward...

You have to visit the page to get the loyalty boxes. If you've never had them before, then it's fine.

If you're not sure, file a ticket. A UA should be able to check if you have had them already or not.

As far as extra loyalty boxes I didn't get that but I HAVE been getting a ton of random achievements I know I've gotten before and it's almost like mine reset or something. But It didn't reset and 0 out ALL of mine so it's a bit confusing XD

there was a change in the Achievements system, and this is what you are seeing. File a ticket in Help and a UA will help you update everything.

I've contacted a UA as well and they told me, it's absolutely legal to keep them since I've never claimed them. =D
