How do I get back an inactive account? I hadn't played in a long time and decided to play again but I can't get into my old account and it says it's inactive.

Subeta > Tickets on the top navigation bar. Let them know your old account and an administrator will help you from there :) Ticket responses are fairly quick depending on the time of day, but you should have help within the same day :)
