Ok, so I'm a little new here. I participated in the quest-a-thon and was really excited about that extra pet slot that the day after the Quest-a-thon ended I placed an order for a Steamworks pet (Which it says it takes a few days for) but I didn't have said slot yet, I didn't get an error message or anything so I assumed it was fine, but now I'm a little worried that I might not get my pet because I put the order in too soon. Should I be worried?

I don't think you should be worried. If it has been maybe a week and you still don't have your pet, you could always file a ticket. That couldn't hurt

if you search the name you chose, a pet should come up in the results as a common version of whatever species you're building. if that pet exists, then your order probably went through fine and you will receive the pet soon. if not, then that means the order did not go through and you could just try again.

Thank you, I looked it up and he isn't there. Is there anyway I could get those items back or am I just going to have to purchase them again?

that's probably when you should file a ticket. if it went through and consumed the items but you don't have a pet being made, they can probably help you get those back - or at least try to figure out what happened
