I can't plant Aeanoid Root

I bought an aeanoid root, but when I went to Veta Lake to plant it, it says I don't have a single seed to plant. Please help :(!

If you do want an Aeanoid, keep in mind that in three days when the plant matures, it takes over and transforms your active pet! Good luck!
