When I clicked the 'buy CSC' button, it went straight to the page with the pets holding the 'thank you' sign. It never asked for my card info, and the CSC hasn't been awarded to my account yet. I have NOT saved my card before when buying CSC. It's only been about an hour but it usually goes through pretty quickly. Is this a glitch or did I do something wrong? Could you see the text boxes where you can enter your card info? If not, do you happen to use Kaspersky as your anti-virus software? The safe money function in Kaspersky automatically blocks the text boxes, so when you click "pay", nothing actually goes through. You need to temporarily disable the safe money function to buy CSC.

I've gotten the same issue a few months ago. I could click to purchase CSC with Stripe but it went too the thank you page with the Nela and no CSC. You should do a bug report here: https://subeta.net/forums.php/forum/285/
