1. How exactly do I use it? Do I just feed it to one pet or keep it in my inventory?

2. What does it actually mean by the description? Will my pets really mutate/change color or species if I use this berry?

3. Can I toggle the berry whenever I want? Say I want to turn it off, will I keep the berry or will it disappear forever until I purchase another?

4. If I already had the berry activated, and I made/adopted a new pet, will the berry's effects be active on said new pet?

I have not purchased one, but these are major curiosities of mine.

I know feeding your pets is not a huge deal since they don't starve and die. I am just really curious in case I feel like using this berry anyway

Thank you thank you! I had a feeling there might have been a forum for this already, but I can't seem to find the search option in the forums anymore. That makes a lot of sense now! It instantly feeds your pet to "full" but they still get hungry over time. The berry just never disappears, but can be stolen by RE's so keep it locked up! The resort, and food takes awhile to take effect, but the infinity berry is an instant fill of food.

back when that forum thread was created the Rotten Rogue was stealing things from folk's inventories, but she no longer does this and there aren't any item stealing REs (Maleria will still snag your sP if she shows up, but I think Phoenix stopped taxing)

maleria doesn't actually steal sP any more.
