So there is a suggestion I want to make but I see a thread for it on the third page of the forum, however the thread is from 2014.

Should I make a new one or post on the one already there?

I believe necro rules don't apply in the suggestions board. Repeat suggestions get locked and people are directed to the existing thread, even if it's been inactive for a long time.
