I have been trying on and off for years to get the Shop Till Saver achievements, but the highest I've managed to get before caving is about 24 mil. D: There are just so many Wishlist items I want to buy, so many achievements I want to get that require purchases! Dx How does anyone have the patience to save up that much??

I personally just saved up, bought millons worth of credit gift cards and restocked them in my shop. If you can spare the sP you can get the achievement like that within a day or two. You could also gamble with mage amulets by turning them into tomes. With that you might win or lose 20m. The CSC trick could take a little longer nowadays seeing as the prices don't change that quickly anymore. I don't know, I was too impatient as well and just figured that gambling would be a good way to go. :)
you could always find a friend with a lot of money and "borrow" it briefly. put a few really expensive items in your shop, get the achievement, and pay them back :P
I just suffered for about two years, staring longingly at all the money in my till...
Probably not the best way, but it worked!
That's actually a really good way to do it. Thank you so much for the suggestion! I am absolutely going to try them.
I'd thought about that, but I only have one candidate for that and I really wouldn't feel right asking such a thing of her. She's been nice enough to me as it is.
;u; -pats you because I understand- If you managed to get it done that way, then kudos to you. Even if you succeeded years ago I feel like that deserves some serious congratulations for your dedication!

Yep, I got all the tiers about a year ago, and thank you for the congratulations. But if they ever add a tier to that achievement I might cry.
if it comes down to it, I'm sure you can find someone to lend you. =P
I think I must have done it the long way and just never cleared out my till. I don't really remember though, been so long since I completed it
I've been worried about that very same thing, but with the Filled Wardrobe achievement. "orz I haven't completed it yet, but when I do I'm wanting to go through and sell most of my items. I'd really hate it if they added another tier after most of those items were gone.
Oh wow! That doesn't seem like the kind of achievement that's easy to forget.
