My name's Laura; I very recently returned to an old nostalgic pet site, but the community there is very quiet compared to what it once was! I've heard some of my friends mention this site so I've decided to check it out and see what it's like, and maybe make some new friends! :)

I like to dabble in digital art and recently I've been wanting to develop my portfolio a lot more. I'm not sure what the art community here is like, but I'm keen to get on board.

The art community is quite bustling. If you scroll down the forums home page, you'll see there are quite a few forums dedicated to art as well as profile coding. One cool thing about this site is you are allowed to sell your art, for in-game money or even for USD.

Aah thank you! It's Neo that I'm from originally, so I'll have to get used to the different rules, haha. ^^; They are quite strict for the sake of younger audiences. Thanks very much, I'll be sure to shout if I get into any trouble. :D

Lots of users here have played Neo before, so we can help you out with Neo lingo or anything that you find confusing in terms of differences in rules :)

Generally speaking I think most people find we have a more mature player community than on Neopets. We have an opt-out swear-word filter too (you can toggle that on/off under Personal > User Dashboard > Preferences)

We have a one account policy, so we don't really have trolls/people in 'discard accounts' etc. :)
