My friend saw my account and thought my pet names were pretty weird. But then again Anthropomorphism the Tutani is a strange name. Does anyone have any weirder ones?

Roadcone is the only one I have.

I suppose my Tooty Fruity is pretty odd....the name is SUPPOSED to be spelt as "Tutti Frutti".
I didn't create her myself - I adopted her from the pound yeears ago!

Tooty = toot = fart Fruity = fruit Therefore... Tooty Fruity = Fart Fruit.

I guess these could be weird for some:

Creator Destroyer: She's actually named after the song by Wendy Rule. I've completely changed the pet since I created her.

Princess Butterball: She's named after my real life cat. Yes, that is her full name.

Paper Witch: I based the name on the fact that the character uses paper to create "living" things.

I guess Medusa-sama could be a weird name for me. Kishna is something I made up, the rest of my pets (apart from NightWisher) were all adopted.

Deathwing is very oddly out of place beside my bunch of oriental names /giggles

maybe Dovahpug and Tiny Box Tim might be weird for some people

I don't think any of mine are especially weird. My strangest ones are probably the last three pets I added.

Miiself is the latest one. Her name comes from a term I started using on the Tomodachi Life Miiverse community, to refer to my Mii in the game. "Mii" + "Myself", and pronounced "meself". I never saw "Miiself" used before I came up with it, and I've only seen it said a couple of times by other people since then.

I also have Norwich. Kind of strange naming a pet after a city? x3

My weirdest one is probably M4-27. Numbers in pet names is something I've always avoided on Subeta. I never thought I'd set out to create one. But they're relevant. He's a Fallout 4 OC, and a Synth, and Synths have these "designations". Pretty sure without even looking that the name he usually goes by is taken on Subeta, so I went with the designation. Which I probably would have done even if I COULD have gotten his preferred name. I kinda like having a number name that actually makes sense, and isn't just numbers tacked onto the end of something already taken. ^-^

He's probably breaking all sorts of Fallout lore. xD

A good chunk of my pets' names would probably be considered weird. An Autumn Day, Glitchen, Into The Woods, Helicat, Aeanoid Root, Cebarkul, Vivere Aestas, and Ilmenskie would probably be the weirdest to most people. The majority of those are fanpets for my favorite video game, so anyone who hasn't played it (which is most people) might be confused by the strange words or phrases.

I don't think so. Guess my pet names are all normal and boring unless surnames do count...

I like to think most of my pet names are weird... I think maybe only Uz stands out because it's so short. I also adopted Mee recently, she's got a different name.

Oh man I kinda love your pet names. Grown Man and Crippling Loneliness are my favorites.

I made The Tooth Demon and have decided that he's the opposite of the tooth fairy - you can leave money under your pillow, and he'll replace it with a tooth by morning. He loves his job but doesn't really get to do it much, because for some reason no one seems to want to exchange their money for magic pillow teeth??? He'll never understand why the tooth fairy is so popular but he isn't. Poor dude.

Nerdlord the Telenine. It's based on a nickname I have for my dog, but it's definitely weird. Spookwave probably looks weird for the same reasons, but it's a reference to Undertale rather than totally made up.

Penel is a little odd, too. It's supposed to be a nickname for my OC Penelope, who the pet is based on. However, since it looks like "Penal" and I don't think anyone else has ever used it as a real name, it stands out compared to the rest of my RW and RN pets.

I have a few weird ones, not counting all the really long fancy names for fanpets..

• Vampyroteuthis is a vampire squid character. Her name is the genus Vampyroteuthis, which the Vampire squid and some of its extinct relatives belong to.

• Kazoos is a character named Kazoo, but that name was taken and I didn't feel like having her naming scheme follow the above one. "Kazoos" is the act of kazoo-ing. Kazoo is in a perpetual state of kazoo-ing.

• Genocidal is an Undertale fanpet with their profile / story centered around the path in the game where the player kills everyone. The character themselves aren't terribly murderous by nature, but can be if the player pushes them to be.

• Zero Two is a fanpet for the true final boss of Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. I don't know if their name is actually that, seeing as the presentation of the name ingame would be something closer to "Zero Squared", but Zero Two is the name everyone refers to them with. The pet has no connection to the pet named Zero. :')

Caquex and Makudja are my weirdest names! Caquex is the 'reincarnation' of a pet I adopted on Neopets a long time ago and I just absolutely cannot picture him with a more normal name, at this point. Makudja is a remake of a pet from another site as well, I think it was Verpets? ... Also Fanto. Fanto was originally a Bori on Neopets named Fantomuu but I wanted his name to be a little less, uh, 'I named this pet when I was 16 years old and in my weeaboo phase'-ish? So I shortened it a bit. Those are the weirdest but a few of my other pets have unusual or weirdly-spelled names as well. I think I stole the names Nivan and Tsavi from the Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, actually. I don't do made up names as much as I used to but I feel like I'm starting to run out of untaken names I like, lol.

Rattus Norvegicus is the "weirdest" name I have, but it's the scientific name for (pet) rats, and a tribute to my mischief <3

after that is probably Singvogel, but it's just german for songbird (for a german...singer...character who has a cockatiel)

Well I created Jazzy Jesus, the genderless Zentu the day they came out, for my boyfriend. His gamertag in nearly everything has something to do with 'jazzy jesus'. So. I guess that's weird :p

I have a lot of real words and also made up names! i think any 'normal' (non-petsite lol) person would think they're all pretty strange for animals. I don't know anyone with a dog named Tidal or a cat named Brightly xD Weirdest would probably be Inkfall or Grimistaire.

I guess all my pet's names are weird in some way. My weirdest are probably Kennypaw and Fuzzfury (both adopted when I was still a newbie) and my pair: Communicate and Incommunicado. I also adopted one named Bucket recently and considering it's a bloodred lain it's a pretty odd combo.
