At least once every week, when I go to pick a box from the Hustler, the page will tell me that he's already moved, and when I check on the tree, I'll be told that I've already taken something, before I've done anything. Sometimes there'll be an item in my inbox, but most of the time I just miss out.
I don't mind that this is happening, it's very low stakes for me and just a way to pass a bit of time. I'm just wondering why? It happens regardless of what browser or computer I use, though granted I've only used my sister's.
Do you use the direct links for buying and collecting that are saved by autosave on your browser, or do you collect them via the long way (click Explore then Ziara Park then tree then pick a fruit, for example)? I also find that whenever I collect fruits using the direct link I would get the same message as you do, but I always find the fruit later in my inventory. If you miss out on fruits maybe you should consider filing a ticket.
Hmm. I navigate around Subeta using URL tricks, and so I substitute the "tree.php" to the end of any explore url and get to Iku and "hustler.php" to get to the terracoon. This doesn't get me all y'all's result, it gets me to their proper page and browser and computer don't matter.
Maybe there's some information in that URL that all y'all have that is moving it forward one step automatically? What happens if you completely reset your browser, and then navigate to these places the hard way a few times so it remembers a URL that looks the same but acts different?
The tree.php is the good link where we still have to (or can) click the collect button. The quick one saved by my browser ends with tree.php?act=take, that's why I don't usually click any extra button and get the fruit delivered straight to my inventory instead. In exchange most of the times I've got the message as the OP gets. I haven't tried using any quick link for Hustler so I don't know :D
