A little slow to say hello, but a day or two in and this place certainly seems cozy - might just stick around! Found my way here when I had a hankering for a virtual pets site for nostalgia's sake, and no disappointment here. Relaxing yet versatile atmosphere, which is exactly the kind of thing that I've been looking for.

It's a pleasure to meet you. I go by Boo, and I am what you might call an internet vagrant or alley cat... I tend to come and go a bit, observing quietly (lurking is a lovely way to pass time) and sporadically generating massive walls of text for fun is probably the kind of behavior you'll be able to expect from me. It's what I do. That, and maybe even roleplay from time to time. It could happen.

There are other things I do, too! Things like spending lots of time with my skittish little rescue mutt (his name is Cricket and he's my favorite) and I also nerd out hardcore over lots of other things, including but not limited to the wonders of the human body/medicine both new and old, and Pokemon. Okay, not just Pokemon - pretty much any monster raising franchise is my jam. I may or may not also greatly enjoy playing dating sims.

My paragraphs are growing. I should probably stop. Feel free to say hello any time you'd like, I don't bite but fair warning that I can blather something awful!

Takes the edge off of reality's demands, fiction and fantasy is so much more interesting most of the time. As far as roleplay goes, I've done and dabble still in a little bit of everything.

I'm a pretty big fan of pokemon as well, what do you think about the seventh generation so far (if you are keeping up to date with it)? Favorite gen?

- Is that right? What MMOs? Any of 'em that happen to be free? In a past life of mine I used to peruse WOW, but the whole paying money thing chased me out - same reason I haven't invested in FFXIV... Well, that and IRL is a time consuming monster.

- Howdy, there - Subeta's been a treat! Wouldn't say it's too late, and I appreciate the warm welcome at that. Not sure if I have a favorite generation to speak of, all of them have very charming aspects in terms of critters and plot. Looking forward to what Alola and it's inhabitants are going to bring, thinking I'm likely going to start with Popplio. What about you?

Honestly at the moment though, I'm torn between Popplio and Litten. I absolutely love the seal pokemon we have at the moment (the spheal and seel lines), so I was extremely happy to see another, but cats in general is always a good starting point.

At the moment, the one I play the most The Secret World is only buy to play. You don't have to have a subscription for it, which is nice though.
