skin help??

ok so i havent been on in a loooong time and now theres this option in wardrobe to switch skins, and every skin says i dont have it unlocked, but ive done a couple of the zombie things and had the skins before and whatever the other one was that gave you an alien looking skin, so what gives?
You only get to "unlock" the skin if you still had it active when that feature hit. I am still scrambling to get old zombie skins back from before the feature hit, when Pandemic rolls around each year. Also important with zombie skins, it has to be unlocked in the wardrobe, NOT cured.
ok so see the skin i have, the alien looking thing, i had that from the last even and never changed it, so that i would have unlocked right? also how do you get old skins back?
if you go to the wardrobe and the skin you have on now is still showing as locked, try filing a ticket and they should be able to unlock it for you
most of the skins are available to get during morostide or survival, so you'll have to wait for those to happen and unlock them again :)

Yeah, I was so sorry I "cured" my N'avi skin when they activated the skins in wardrobe. Tried like crazy to get it again last Morostide, but no luck. Hopefully the lab ray cool-down times will be shorter this year. Really want to unlock them all!

Wait... So the holiday skins went away with the new wardrobe? I'm sorry about the obvious question, but I've been on hiatus for the last 4-5 years.
The skin system changed so that now you can unlock them and change between them whenever you want as long as you have them. But any skins that you had previously gotten were not added to your unlocked ones unless you currently had one when the feature was introduced.
So now you have to unlock skins by getting them during Morostide (the zapper) or Survival (the zombie skins) and then visiting the wardrobe to have them added to your unlocked skins. You can go to the "Skins" tab in the wardrobe to see them.
