I'm guessing this isn't something the new shops where supposed to do, but the only items left in any of my shops are from my gallery, which is somewhat a sigh of relief, but the fact that all the items from my expensive goodies shop are gone is disheartening at the very least, and heartbreaking at the most, seeing as I had around 20mil+ worth of stuff in that shop. The worst part is I can't remember all the items, all I know is they wouldn't have just sold like hotcakes all the sudden - and if they had it would be in my til, since I haven't been getting online as often. Both tills are empty, and the items aren't even in my vault. Has anybody else had this problem??? My items are probably gone for good, so there's nothing much else to say :/

What do you mean that they're gone? Were these items in a new shop or part of the old system? Did you try transferring them to a new shop or something? As far as I know, items don't just disappear.

Unless you deleted a shop prior to make them move to the newest shop, it is not supposed to vanish nor disappear.

I agree with everyone else, we need a little more infor of exactly what you were doing when the items disappeared. It is possible you had something similar to my issue happen, one time I was clearing out one of my shops, I chose to use the option to move them directly from my shop to my vault and when they were gone from the shop I deleted the shop, but the items never made it to the vault, they just poofed.

Either way, file a ticket about it. I got all of my missing items from this incident back when I did this. Just make sure to give as much information about what happened as you possibly can. It might take them a few days, but they should be able to get your items back for you if it was indeed a glitch or accidental maneuver.

Heck, I accidentally deleted a shop with 20mil in the til, I filed a ticket and they gave me my till amount directly into my account, so I feel confident the staff can help you out. They are all very nice from my experience. =)

If you remember some of the item names that are supposed to be in your shop, try using the account search feature. If the account search page tells you they're in that shop, but you can't see them - fill a ticket and try to work it out with a UA.

A friend of mine had a similar issue with his gallery - the stuff showed up on account search, but his actual gallery was completely empty. He hadn't touched or moved anything from the gallery. The problem fixed itself and the items randomly showed up after 4-5 days for him, but a UA can probably help you faster.

Sorry, only discovered the problem early in the morning and I've been stressed by other things so I didn't put as much effort into my post as I should have, my head has been all over the place. Basically I just logged on and only noticed the shop updates because I wanted to use quick stock to get some wearables in my wardrobe - but there was no quick stock and no items in either of my old shops except for my Gallery. I'll try my best to remember some of the names and see if they're in account search, but like I said really haven't been active enough to keep track of everything.

Alright, well like I said, after you do your account searching you should def file a ticket. Any item names you can remember for sure having will certainly help the staff figure out what happened. They do get to tickets very quickly and will likely be your quickest way of figuring out what exactly happened. Good luck and I really hope you are able to find, or retrieve your items. =)
