Why do people feel the need to make crass shop names?

I know freedom of speech and I don't have to shop from them but I just don't understand the need at all.

- I don't know that they are offensive enough ^_^; Just pointlessly crass but thank you.

I get annoyed by people trying to be super funny by making vulgar shop names - I usually don't really pay attention enough to avoid them out of principle though xD It's just one of those things that I just respect the user less.

They are clearly 2 kool 4 skool, those people.

I personally like the clever, funny ones.

The crass ones I pretty much shrug off. The ones that annoy me enough to avoid are the ones who think they are clever by naming them error or 504 or whatever.

Gotta admit, this gets to me a lot too. It's not that I find it offensive, it's just that I find it gives me a lot of secondhand embarrassment. I saw one earlier today about wanting a minor celebrity to pee on them, like how is that not massively uncomfortable?

There's freedom of speech then there's being an uncivilized jerk on a PG-13 site. XD If I can help it when I find one of said crass user shops, I scroll to the next one up or down and spend the couple extra sP.

I don't think I've seen a crass shop name in a while, and I can understand being affected by it.

The only time I can think I've ever seen a shop/galley name in poor taste was one once upon a blue moon named "grand mal" and was a galley of the animated items on subeta o_o
