Its been two years since I've engaged in subeta in any meaningful way and I just came to the epiphany that I may just finally leave subeta forever. The only reason I've been logging in is so my pets can keep their names in case I ever wanted to return. It feels like such a shame to just throw all my pets and items down the drain, and I don't just want to give my stuff to just anyone. What's a significant way that people deal with all their items and pets when they are leaving? I'd like to give them away but I don't have many friends on subeta, or know how to run any raffles or anything.

I'm really lost on these forums, like, I don't even see the debate forum anymore. Everything's changed and I'm so confused.

For giving away your items, you would use the Giveaway forum, most people seem to just toss all their stuff into a shop or gallery, and let people pick up to a certain amount of items. A little more time consuming, but you could use the wishlist search feature to find people with your items on their wishlists, that way you could make sure they're going to someone who needs them.

For pets, you would use the the Adoption Center forum. You could ask people for detailed applications, or just basic ideas of what they would do with your pets, and pick someone whose ideas you like to get them c: [edit] Not really related to the question, but yeah the debate forum was removed awhile back because it was 90% negative and hostile.

You're welcome ^_^ Personally, if I were to quit I'd probably WL-search anything I knew was valuable and/or until I got bored with it and dump everything in trades or the donation corner. You don't know that people who actually need your stuff will end up with it that way, but it's a quick and easy way to give it to someone at least

You could also just set up trades for valuable items and put free in the description, this should be a quick and simple way of doing a "giveaway". c:

You can go to their profile and see if they have their "last seen" date listed, and if not just pick someone else? You could go hunting through their recent posts or WL items to see if there's anything recent (but you haven't been around, so that would be more of a pain than normal). Personally I'd just skip them if they didn't have a last seen date

Seems a little time consuming but I never used the trades much anyways. wish I knew about this phenomena back when I played subeta lol. I might still do that if I find time.

, already knew about the last seen but a lot of people have that hidden in the first place ? I was really hoping subeta had some kind of roster showing a list of the last active users like some websites do. That would make things easier ha.

you could do a private random act of kindness type of giveaway if you don't want to make a thread. Where you just watch the forums for a little bit and gift users you see helping other users or something like that? c: As far as your pets, I agree that an adoption thread is the best way to rehome. That way you can check out the people who are interested and find out what they'd like to do with them. Your pets are really nice, some have good colors and quite a few have really nice names. I'm sure you could find good owners for them :)
