I love to keep track on my "likes" for my HA and also for posts. The only way to know if someone liked your HA is so go to the Dashboard and for a post you need to go to the post..

I don't mind if it will be anonymous, I think many people here would prefer and honestly me too. Also very important, I understand that some people would not like to get those alerts so I think it's better to make it as choice and to turn it on and off..

Likes aren't really meaningful, though. Even as an option, having alerts for post likes isn't something I see as "needed"

I have to agree with Sopheroo on the idea. I don't see a reason for it personally. It's cute, in a way, but there's no real necessity to have it implemented.

there'd have to be a toggle option because events for likes would annoy the shit out of me, tbh. I definitely wouldn't use them.

I remember reading that suggestions with toggle option aren't really welcomed.

So I think it would be better to add an option to display you avatar likes (and seperately even pet likes) to your dashboard, if you want to add it. Alternatively they could add the like counter to the already existing "human avatar" box.
