So I keep trying to autoprice my items, and some end up being autopriced while a lot of them still say "Display only" when I go to view my shop after submitting the autoprice. When I click back on "Autopricer", it says that not everything finished autopricing and to click to finish, but it still seems stuck on the same number of items to be autopriced, if that makes sense.

So I guess my question is... Does this happen to anyone else? Am I not being patient enough, or is it due to a not-so-great connection (which shouldn't be the case because my connection works fine)?

You may just not waiting long enough. I know that my own autopricer will hang there for a little while it is working and can sometimes take several minutes if there are a lot of items in the shop. Also remember that the regular autopricer cannot price items of value over 5 million but I don't think that's your issue but you might check that too.

My suggestion is if you want to keep playing while it prices your items, just open a seperate tab to play on and keep autopricer on the other one and just let it sit there however long it needs. If it keeps hanging there over 5 minutes though, then you might send in a ticket since I don't think it should take too much longer than that at any one time.

Thank you! I tried that, and I guess even though the bar/numbers wasn't updating, it was still working. All I had to do was keep the page up and refresh every few minutes. I guess I'm just not patient enough! :D

Aha yeah not a problem! I wondered if that was the issue. Sometimes I get impatient too so that's why I started doing it in a separate tab so I can continue to play. Glad you got it figured out. <3

If it's in the middle of autopricing you could reload the site and see if it's faster than.

My old connection would sometime go off and the autopricer continued loading endlessly. Refreshing helped me.

Hun I have the same problem. I have tried everything including open in another tab and just let it be but doent do any good. Any ideas please

Yeah I thought it might be the internet connection because sometimes mine can act up, but it's been pretty smooth for the past few days. Refreshing worked though!

I'm glad it's not just me! Did you try leaving the tab open and just refreshing it after a few minutes? I posted the topic after I tried letting it load for a few minutes, then going to the "View Shop" link to see if the "Display only" went away. THAT didn't work, but if I refreshed the same page as the "Autopricer" was, then it worked after a while!

well I have tried all now I am once in a while refreshing the page and it shows the green line but it doesnt get any further. Its been about 30mins or longer and here is what it shows now 196 / 12552 Complete. pulls hair lol. I think we may need to talk to the higher ups and see what is going on and when they might fix this. Paying for gold account and not being able to really use the autpricer is crummy. I dont like to complain but geesh lol Thanks hun for helping me maybe if I leave it up even longer a few more will get priced as it is a real pain to go thru all the pages and marking so many not marked.
