Alright, this has happened to me twice and I dont know if its a glitch or whats happening, I dont want to jump the gun and make a thread in the errors section or send in a ticket till I get some opinions please.

I have had a ping for the wizcw group, which I am a part of, by the and when I try to go to the link it says error your not apart of this forum group.

I have had the same thing in the past happen with the same user and I dont understand what or why this is happening. Does anyone have any insight? :( Thank you in advance

someone made a thread here which is now locked, you should comment them and ask what was going on :)

I would ask which forum they pinged to. I know that sometimes you could get a ping to a different group's forum (like a friend of mine had a forum for her public CW ping group, and I was only in her private group so I had a problem viewing the thread, something like that). It could be that they pinged that group to the wrong forum or something, or didn't realize the thread was IN a group forum, maybe.

If they pinged to a group forum for that group when you got the error, then I would post in Problems & Bugs

No, that's basically what I was trying to explain haha. It doesn't have to be a cult or anything, just that if there's a thread in group A's forum, and someone pings group B, you'll get the group B ping but you can't see the thread unless you're also in group A. Though if it's a cult ping group issue, then it's probably easier to figure out which group you need to join to be able to see the thread :x

argh!! its insanity I say...but your logic makes sense. I pinged the user with no response yet. I probably am not part of one group...I know there is a private HP wizarding cult and then the forum one Im a part of...So Im guessing there in lies the problem as you said. Thank you though...hopefully I will get something back from her regarding it...or I wont and I will just miss out. It only seems to happen with her...and I did look in the custom wearables and the thread isnt in there. So...shrugs
