Pretty sure the counter for the achievement is just did you find all 30 or not. Once you find all 30, you'll get the achievement.

You need to find 30, it started at the 29th of April that means that if you found them everyday since the 29h, at the 29h of May, you'll get it.

hope you are both right because it has a counter like this (0/30) that's why I was bummed to see a 0.
