umm this weird birbie?

and i need lineart help because something seems really wrong with it /weeps and is it even shaded right??? /weeps more
changes:
just idk is this even a thing im sorry if it isnt ;A;

I'm not a fan of Pokemon but I just wanted to say your birb looks adorable (:
;-; thank youuu aaa /gently prods owl birb on your HA

@Cresenta bb you are cuter ;-; thank youuu!

That is really adorable - if you ever release this lemme know! Also, as far as line help goes, check it in the resize (when you size it down), it might look fine when it's smaller - it seems a little...fuzzy? Like it's got an underglow? But I don't think it would seem that way in the smaller size. Definitely don't change the lines until you view it at the submission size.
aaa sorry for the late reply, and thank chu for the support! actually i think it looks even fuzzier when its small T.T could be my screen resolution, but i really dk how to fix it ;-;

This is SO cute. Best new Pokemon, hands down (and I'm usually a fire starter, I'd 150% get this dude instead). It does look a little blurry to me too. But that could be because of the colors used (not enough contrast in the brown). Maybe. Or because of the already small size and trying to cram in the colors. But also might look fine resized. What program do you use ? Brush/settings ? The outlines could be a bit thinner, what size did you use ?
teehee, i usually pick the cutest one (creyyy) but my first Pokemon was a Bulbasaur! and i tend towards Leafies keke.
hmm, i think i used a size 3 (or 4) hard brush in photoshop. there's a second, thicker outline to the bird, maybe that's why it looks thick. i gave it a few tweaks - darkened the lines and shading... idk anymore /cry

but does this look any better ;-;
yoooo it kind of matches my HA

I think the color looks fine! Personally when I do lines now I do a single layer of either 2px or 3px. Internal lines I do a single layer or 1px usually. The small size of this dude could lend well with only 2px lines. There's no guarantee staff will agree though ahahaha
- That's just the most adorablest thing. So want one if you release this :D
No worries! Also hopefully you can get it sorted, I love the colors and all so hopefully can help you sort the issues you're seeing :)
sorry for the late reply! hmm i think you're right, i thickened the lines too much now that you mentioned it T.T i'll try and redraw it if i can or something c:
awhh thank you for the support hehe! ^-^
yeah all the advice helped! i never realised the lines were too thick until i resized it and placed it beside an actual dressed HA. always thought they were too thin derpp. :c i'll try to change it!
random shoutout to anyone: does drawing stuff in SAI make them look better because i have an incredibly unsteady hand haha T.T
edit:
vs
let me compare here bc awful ps resolution

this is so qtttttttt. and yes SAI is better for me cause it has a stabilizer haha, thats me though ;v; And im no pro heee so i cant really help to say if its better or not D; but i think it all depends on which suits you more though
omgg nuu u are cuterrr ^3^ and ikr i keep hearing about the wonders of stabiliser and whAT IS THAT also excuse me you are way more pro than me plsplspls ;A;
edit: dumps CI draft here
so dapper righht

No worries, life happens :p It looks super cute ! And the CI is adorable as Hell, too. Though I do think the highlight for the hat is too high, making it look plasticy. But that could just be me !
OH MY GOD IT IS EVEN CUTER HOW? Also that CI is adorable but I'd have to agree with Muerte - if you intend the hat to be a non-plastic one, you might want to dim the highlight spots. If it's supposed to look more like a plastic/toy hat then leave it as-is xD
aaa i had an exam this afternoon sorries you guys were absolutely right about the shiny/plastic thing, that was not my intent ;3;
is this better 8D
