I am trying to get the achievement prize "Shard of Evening Sky" and it says I need to Achievement Prize: Do the Creep, Complete the tour of Shadowglen. I have no idea how to get to this though? I looked all over through Shadowglen haha. Thank you ~

that was an achievement from an event a few years back (the Councilor's Cruise, i believe) and is no longer obtainable. well, unless they ever do the event again.
