Sooo... what is this Contest Checklist thing on my dashboard? When I click the Giveaway page link under this list, it takes me to a plank page.

can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing? i don't know of a contest checklist widget.

Is it just a notepad widget that you have some old things on it?

I recall there was a widget for some kind of contest waaaaaaay back in 2009/10 that had a widget for it....any chance you've got that still on there?
