Okay funny story, my brother and I were watching school rumble on our computer at about 10pm last night. I'm not sure why it happened but suddenly the back of his hand accidentally hit me in the eye. Yes it was an accident he'd never do it on purpose, but now I'm really freaked out. Its now 7am I had about 4 or 5 hours of sleep. Now it hurts to open or move my eye. Its extremely watery and stings to open it. Little or no swelling on the outside the white part of my eye is red or pink, but no blood. Also my sinus on that side of my face, mostly around my nose got blocked up and hurts a bit now too. What should I do should I ask my mom to take me to an eye doctor or am I just paranoid? Should I wait a bit first to see if it gets better? It hasn't even been 12 hours yet. It just really hurts and I'm getting freaked out. Oh man vision in that eye is a little blurry... I'm so scared please help. :(

If I was you I would go to the doctor. That doesn't sound very good!

Don't make Subeta topics - go to the doctor. Or the ER, whichever's faster.

Please lock... BTW I hate these forums, everything I do is wrong on them. If anyone's wondering my eye is not fully better. Mom thinks I'm just being dramatic. I'll probably lose vision or partial vision in that freaking eye. Oh well, that's life... Not like anyone freaking cares.

It has nothing to do with being wrong or not. We are not doctors and therefore, we cannot help you at all. All we can say is "go see a doctor". If you can go to the doctor without your mom, then go for it. Otherwise, try one more time or find another person to go with you. I have no idea how old you are, but if you can go alone, do it. Losing an eye or vision is not an "oh well" situation.

Everyone here is right. Book a doctor's appointment as soon as possible. Your vision is nothing to wait over or mess with. Time is running out and please try to keep calm. Best of luck.

It sounds like you had something lodged in your tear duct which is why your nose got clogged on the same side. If your eye doesn't hurt and your nose is unclogged, it might have dislodged on its own.

I'm not a doctor. I won't claim to be. I have some basic anatomical knowledge but not enough to claim anything more. It's nothing about being right or wrong, vision stuff isn't something you mess around with.

But you know, it's not my sight.
