Okay so I've been working on some of the food and book achievements lately. Today i cleared a few but I don't know how to make them register as completed. It keeps showing as though I have none of the items read/eaten to qualify.

-- All food items for each achievement has been consumed by only 1 pet and of course, the same pet.

-- All of the book items have been read by 1 pet, and of course the same pet.

-- I have gone to each pet's respective "books read" and "foods eaten" pages which have done nothing.

-- I have refreshed the achievements page, navigated away from the achievements page and then back to it, and clicked on the title of the achievements to no avail.

-- I have tried visiting my user dashboard to no avail.

-- I have confirmed that ALL items required have been read/eaten and by the same pet for each respective category.

So yeah. Any help? Cause I'm lost as to how to make them show up.

Have you tried opening the "show required items" on the achievment page and refresh on another (subeta) page after seeing all items green?

That at least helps to trigger my events e.g for subeautique set.

Yes I have tried that too. The items keep showing as though I have not read/eaten any of the required items even though I go to the pets books or foods page and confirm that they are indeed there.

That is more than weird. Just tried it for myself, but well, for wardrobe my way works (lol) Unlocked Forever a Red Shirt! Have the following red shirts in your wardrobe! gonna look up some food and try to complete one of the cheaper missing ones.

are you 100% sure you fed/read all items to one single pet?

if they were recently read/eaten it may take a bit to appear. you will have to do what said and press the show required items button. the books read/foods eaten page updates your total books/food achievement though.

Yes except I actually have done that and it still shows as none of the items are read or eaten. I have confirmed multiple times the whole collection is there.

how recently have you fed/eaten those items? it can take a few minutes for it to update and shows them as unobtained until it does update

Which achievement(s) in specific is it?

Quite a few actually. I'd have to see if I can go back and find them somehow, kinda hard to recall whenever they won't show as which items I ate or read.

One is definitely "Deep Fried Friday" which I know for dang sure I got Maja Maolain to eat all required items. I have bought full sets of achievement foods for her and stored them in a gallery and I typically wait until she can eat most if not all. I have double checked this one several times and I am certain she's eaten them all.

Fairy Tales From Around The World is another one too.

hm if you're certain you have them all, try doing a hard refresh, then pressing the Show Required Items button again on that achievement. if that does nothing, file a ticket and they should be able to award it to you. it's probably just the cache being very slow but it could be something else going on

Yeah alrighty. I'll try that. A bit frustrating since I'm trying to gain some achievements, albeit the cheaper ones that I can afford. lol.

Okay so it looks like Deep Fried Friday finally worked doing that so I guess I'll be slowly and painfully combing back through. I wish there was a better way for achievements to be awarded.

yeah it really needs all of the bugs worked out. since it moved over to the new system it hasn't really been looked at which is annoying.

Right. Hopefully they will do something about it before too long. At least it's manageable somewhat. As always thanks a ton for the help. I always appreciate it. =)
