Is his quests worth it?

Over time, usually. Each individual quest may not pay off, but he also gives out some niiice stuff including retireds and Subeautique (and I've gotten retired Subeautique). Doing them also helps toward Achievements that have a number of tiers, and those would cost you anyways so if he asks you for those, the reward he is giving you is essentially free. If you would vend to make a profit, then saving those until he asks for them can give you double rewards.

How much sP I'd spend per quest is dependent on whether or not I'd do that thing anyways or if dong it makes me any kind of profit in addition to his reward.

By meaning vends, did you mean saving my tokens to vend?

yes, that's right. Normally I find Vending with Wizard Tokens boring even though it is lightly profitable compared to the going rate for WT right now and wouldn't normally do it. But for Drills I will, and this is one of the cumulative Achievements I need.

I have no idea what those threads that linked are like, but I've gotten an item worth 20MsP once, and 3-to-5MsP items do drop on me a few times a month.

Typically I get a good item that is worth the rest of the quests. Though some times I will do all of his quests for a week and get nothing. For instance today I played got a De La item and it was worth 1mil sp. Another time this week I got one of those shirtless jackets. Though some times I get all items worth under 1k it just depends ^^ Hope that helps. Also like those above me said it does get you achievements for things you might not normally do.

I usually skip a lot of his quests and still get at least one valuable item (like Subeautique wear) every week. And even if I don't get that item, I usually at least break even as many of the tasks are games that are moderately profitable by themselves :)

I don't buy free beers to delete, I don't play with my pets because they're always too happy for that, and I don't buy stuff from the Mystery Box unless it's a shop that might turn up some nice items.

Even if you don't do anything else, it makes sense to click through all the quests for the day on the off chance you'll get one with 'kiss the memorial' or 'feed Oatmeal', because there's no cost whatsoever and then even a crappy item reward will be profit :D

Hey I am trying to do the Major Drills quests and he has asked me to 'feed Oatmeal' but I cannot find him...
