Im not quite sure what to do with this item, or how to use it. Can anyone help me to understand what the riddle means or what im supossed to do with it?

SPOILER (click to toggle) I believe you need to grow something in the subeta gardens with the trinket in your inventory. so pick any seed and water it for a few days and then pick it :)
