So could you say me, why I get a lot of archievements I claimed long time ago, again? And I can remember, if you played for years you got every year a gift. But I can´t find where. Hope you can understand what I mean ;) greetings

You want the User Dashboard, on the "Personal" menu :)

the achievement system was updated a while ago, so you may get notifications of receiving achievements you already have. if you are missing any achievements you know you had, you can file a ticket.

to receive your loyalty gift boxes, go here and they should appear in your inventory.
