I have moved everything from one of my old shops into my new shop. I went to my old shop to check all the items have moved, they have. The till is empty. I want to delete my old shop as there's nothing in it and I can't use it. When I click on delete shop, it comes up with an error saying I can't do it because it's not my shop. So I can't get rid of my old shop. Is there anything I can do? (sorry if this has been resolved on other threads, I did look through but couldn't see anything like this).

when i deleted my old shops i got that error, too, but after a few minutes they were gone so i guess that's just what happens when you delete a shop. you just have to wait a little bit for it to actually disappear from your shops dropdown.

I have done it quite a few times now but it's still there. Thanks for your info though :)
