I've looked all over but I can't seem to find the "Back to Carnival" link inside the Carnival Prize Tent. If there isn't one there, perhaps there should be.

There is a link right under the NPC's image/names! There's usually a link back to wherever under NPCs for all of our special shops (Esther's, The Millionaire Center, etc). :)
