Do I have to have 35,000 recycle points saved to get the top tier achievement or do I have to have just made that many recycle points over time? I really want to buy a couple things but I would rather save and get the achievement if that's what I have to do. Thank you.

I'm pretty sure you have to have them saved up, and then visit the shop (without spending!)...

It's so tempting to spend 'just a few' though 😭
