Since when does Saggi give out items? Is this normal? I can't be 100% sure but I seem to remember I didn't get items from him yesterday (or any day before)

Quest givers are giving more stuff for this weekend only. Even those that don't normally give items.

It's just for this weekend! All quests are weekend quests due to some site issues (there's a few posts in the news), and the Wizard and Saggi are both giving out items for this weekend only as part of that.
