Three days ago I submitted a ticket about Duplicate items, a staff member was assigned to it and said they would delete the duplicate items for me. It has been 3 days since this happened and the duplicate items, are STILL in my inventory, and I haven't heard back from the staff member.

What do I need to do to get these items deleted? It should not take 3 days to get this solved and its very frustrating. Literally half my inventory is used up because of these duplicates. I followed protocol to get this problem fixed, so can this please get fixed? I don't want them!

If this isn't allowed I am sorry, please delete or lock, but I don't know how else to go about dealing with this, I don't want to clog up the system with another ticket, unless I am told to do so.

*Also I understand staff have lives outside of Subeta, but 3 days is a bit excessive without any word.

- 3 days does seem rather a long time o.o

Did your original ticket get locked by the staff member dealing with it?

No the ticket is still open, they asked me a question and I answered their question and then that was the last I heard from them.

- I would suggest replying to the ticket again asking them to please delete them as they are still sitting in your inventory.

I had the same idea and did that yesterday, and still nothing has happened. I had hoped that would work but nothing T_T

- have you tried replying on your ticket again? I'm sure staff must get events to say there is a reply like we do and it might prompt them in to action.

Is it for some reason a bad idea to just delete the items yourself?

Yah, I'm not sure either, that's why I made this thread in hopes it will catch someones attention and it can be solved.

I don't want to get in trouble for having them after I followed protocol to get rid of them, and I don't want to get in trouble for opening another ticket based on the same issue.

I just want them gone XD

yes i have replied to it again. im thniking the staff member just hasn't been on.

Im not sure to be honest, I sent the ticket in and they said they would do it, im more then willing to delete the items myself , but at this point i don't want to run the risk and then get in trouble after they said they would do it.

- I don't see why not.

- you could delete them yourself, staff will be able to see you did that.

- If you do delete them then be sure to tell the ticket staff. You could put them in your vault and tell the staff they are now there.

- I can totally understand how you feel, it is a tricky situation.

Honestly, if it was me, I would delete them myself, and reply to the ticket to inform the staff member.

You could also follow 's advice and move them to your vault?

Ugh sorry I can't think of anything else to suggest..

I've had a ticket open for more than 3?4? months and replies came weekly. If you are worried, put them in trade. Or, delete them and take the time to write each of them down in the reply you'll send in your ticket. It should be fine.

oh my 3-4 months is super crazy!

Thats a good idea as well, but I think I will utilize my vault.

Its alright, you made an effort and thats what counts and I totally appreciate it!

So for now Im just going to put them in my vault in a special category and send a message off to the staff member and then see what happens. If after a few days its still not taken care of, or I haven't heard anything then I will delete them myself and inform the staff member as well. I wish this wasn't an issue though, its so nerve racking and frustrating all at the same time.

Thanks for everyone who did respond and gave ideas to help with the situation, I appreciate all of it! You all are awesome!
