I have googled and looked around and cant find out if or when the Brewery will be open so that I can get some free beer.

Major Drills asks me for it often and I have to go and buy it from user shops - so other users must be able to get it at some time from somewhere?? I have been on the site of a while now and this one puzzles me help please thanks :)

There won't be any more Free Beer available in the future; the Brewery was open a handful of times in the past, but users spam refreshed so much that it crashed the site and there are massive amounts of it onsite. Adding it to Drills's quests was one way staff is trying to thin out the amount onsite, so you'll have to buy it from user shops.
