So I was in the pawn shop, actually seeing if I could find a private item, and I just actually think I might have found one. From what my research showed, it looks like it is, but I have no idea about CW's.

The release was here - looks like it was a private of ... Not sure if the rules regarding that particular piece were changed, or if someone tossed it in there by accident/etc etc!
