Missing Shop Till Achievements

I've started transferring my old shop stuff over to the new shop and saw the "transfer shop till" thing for the achievements.

I clicked the achievement and MY SHOP TILL ACHIEVEMENTS ARE GONE!

I had all tiers, up to and including the 250m one.

I know I had it. I spent two and a half years getting it up that high. In fact, I still have it in my vault!

Also the "Make A Living" achievements/shop till really need to be transferred over to the new shops. I do NOT want to have to rs 383m worth of items and sell them again.

[edit] My achievement number is the same.

I have no idea what is going on.

pretty sure the making a living achievement does transfer over

sometimes the achievement page is weird and doesn't display correctly. how did you check to see if you had it? if you go to the achievement page from the dropdown menu under "Personal", then search for "till" and it still shows you don't have it, file a ticket and they should be able to help you. if you're using firefox, the achievement page search doesn't like when you search for more than one word which is why I suggest searching for till

Your achievements are still showing as completed for me, in addition to what said
