It doesn't seem like renaming your account if you use a GA medal is a thing anymore. Is this true or did I miss something? I really hope I did, otherwise that'd be a huge bummer. I was hanging onto mine to rename my account (this handle is something like 20 years old... xD) but I ended up going inactive for a few years before I could get around to it. Now that I'm trying to poke around here again, I'm just completely lost from all the new features, haha. I can't even find where on the site you go to rename. I got there by accident from clicking on a frozen account, and the page said I can put in a rename for 1000 CSC. But didn't see anything about gold accounts mentioned, so... dunno. Please send halp. :C

No, GAs don't give out name changes (I wasn't even aware they ever did, and I've been playing for four years!). You can change it for 1000 CSC, as you've already seen, or wait until you get a Loyalty Box (go to your User Dashboard to see if you have any) and use the name change totem.

I wasn't aware you could ever change your name for free with a GA, to be honest...

You can get a free UN change with a Loyalty Totem (gained every year, starting on your 2nd anniversary) - otherwise, it costs 1000CSC and can be done here!

It's entirely possible I'm just completely turned around. xD Hum. I couldn't find anything in my dashboard about a loyalty totem. My inventory has a treasure chest and pet slot totem though, but - oh. I just found nine loyalty boxes in there. Well then! Hopefully that's solved.

Your account isn't old enough for nine loyalty boxes, so you should file a ticket to take care of any duplicates
