Granted I have not done bird watching in awhile, but out of the blue I decided to give it a go, only to find "Oh No! Goodness gracious, y'all! I promise bird watching will be back at some point!" When/why was it discontinued, and is it actually going to come back?

Thanks for asking, I just assumed it was taken down temporarily because of the snow competition and would return when the park thawed, but still waiting.
