There are many ways! Prnt scr should be a button on your keyboard, you can push it and it will save whatever you're currently seeing. You can paste it into a Paint program and save it.

Or you could just download a screenshot extension for either Chrome or Firefox.

Do you own a PC? If so, there should be a PrtScr (print screen) key on your keyboard. Then you just need to open Paint, paste the picture, save it, and then upload the image to a host like TinyPic.

If you own a Mac, then you could Google the instructions because I have no idea how to do it on those computers :x
