If butter is in so many recipes (I'm at level 4 and it's been in every single one so far), why isn't it on the left side with items we can substitute? There could be like, I don't know... vegan butter substitute, low-fat butter, grass-fed butter, margarine, etc. It's the only item I've noticed that's still horribly inflated. Plus, it just doesn't make sense to me from a gameplay standpoint. Why can we use so many kinds of flour, milk, eggs and sugar - but not butter?

- Because there aren't many butter options out there. Amber has said they want to address that soon, like they just did with all the new types of flour.

Thanks :) I did realize that, I just thought it was weird that it wasn't set up for substitutions to begin with. The flour was set up to allow substitutions, even though there weren't multiple types of flour available at the time. I'm glad to know that it won't be this way permanently.

I mean when you're deciding already finished baked goods an we're missing items for the recipe. I've suggested flours, salts, butters, and a list of other random ingredients already... But at this point I think it's just a matter of other random ingredients needing to be checked first (like the fig or raisins !). I can help with that part too ;)

:) Sure. It's annoying in some situations, like with the raisins. We have a box of raisins, which would've been perfect if they hadn't been a ToT item! GOTTA KEEP THINGS SORT OF EASY TO GET :x

Hasn't stopped you with achievements ! (Please no, do keep it easier no making me sob even more) And I still stand by my suggestion of unretiring the Rice Pudding with Raisins for that one.
