Since when the prices came back to the old ones?? we didn't receive any notice about it and because it's a real money product, it's a MUST to give a notice of any change in the price..
if there's a difference in price and it's within ten days you can file a Ticket for the difference. The price lookes the same to me, though.
I don't know when they changed it :( It was 480 according to the recent purchases page and now it's 500.
Do you see 480 csc??
I just noticed this as my GA ran out. I'm sure it used to be 480csc for a 1 month medal?
yeppers, I'm wrong. I buy my GAs six months at a a time so it never occurred to me that there would have been a one-month discount. But I see now that a six month GA medal is 2700 and my cs purchases log shows I paid 2592 last October.
oh so it's not only the 1 month :( They had to give us a notice.. it's a must for the cash shop items..
Indeed, it's not good business practice to change prices without notification ^_^
It looks like they took away the incentive they had added for current GA holders to renew their GAs although I don't think it ever worked right and just let everyone have the discount.
Jesus they increased the price 20 cents ???? What were they thinking ??? Anyone in with me for a class action lawsuit ????

It's not the amount, it's just the notice.. nothing more.. I would pay 1k for 1 month of GA if it was the price. A business must give a notice about those changes.. especially when people use the subscription option.
for example you payed 5$ for a monthly magazine and suddenly you pay 5.5$, yes it's not a problem, those 50 cents are not going make you poor, but nobody likes surprises when they pay for something
surely a ticket is ten times more efficient than an help & questions thread if you want to raise their attention on the subject
