The new shops have been GA only since the beginning. If you just lost your GA you won't be able to use them correctly yet.

This makes sense now thanks to . As she stated, the new shops are and have been in beta testing for Gold Account users. There's no need to file a ticket because there's no issue here technical or otherwise.
