It should rotate a lot more often, like every 2 or every 3 hours. This way hoarding items to resell on the shop would be almost useless. And would become really hard to keep up really fast.

Think of the timezones.

There is no reason for anyone to be online for all and every changes of the item list. But if there were several changes, everybody would have a chance to be online for at least one or two. Nowadays, the people online at midnight hoard all the items and everybody else has to pay several times the value to be able to give any items to recycle.

Yesterday, the 1 point wizard token was an item for the Recycle Beast. Do you imagine how unfair it would have been if it had been switched out at 4am?

Lots of people would have missed on thousand of easy recycle points.

I think I saw someone suggest that new items should be added every few hours but they overlap, so batch one is added, six hours later batch two, another six hours batch 3, another six hours batch 4 but then batch 1 disappears etc
