Was wondering if there is anything I can do about being I suppose 'scammed' in a forum comp. I entered one for the Masquerade and never got my prize. I have message the competition runner but they have ignored me. I cant see if they have been on because of their setting but I am fairly confident they have been on and know they owe people a few things. Is there anywhere I can take this to, to get sorted or do I just have to handle wasting 96 dances?

Here is the rule for contests. The person has a month to give out the prizes, after that it's considered scamming and you can create a ticket/report them.
