With TC slots so cheap now, you can make his TC even bigger if you want. I adopted him very recently for the TC, but I'd prefer spending 12-14mil on TC slots than 500CSC or 65+ mil on a name change for him lol

What does his name mean?

I'm not sure. He is apparently a Hetalia RN and I think his name is supposed to mean "The Republic of Austria" in the series

If he's still available, I would love to take him off your hands. As long as you don't mind a name/color/species change. Thing is, I have to wait until either today or tomorrow for my slot to be given to me (7 year anniversary).
